Bristolians fined for travelling to Three Cliffs Bay

Two people from Bristol were fined for travelling to Three Cliffs Bay for a "holiday."

South Wales Police caught the pair in the Gower area on Sunday, January 3.

Police continue Covid patrols in Mumbles and Gower

Joint Enforcement Teams continued their patrols of car parks in Mumbles and Gower this week and issued warnings to people who were travelling without a valid reason.

Mumbles Community Council secures lease of Underhill Park

Mumbles Community Council has secured a 125-year lease on Underhill Park.

The Community Council said that this will help them, alongside the Mumbles Community Association, to provide improvements to the park.

Old surfboards transformed into stunning artworks by local woman

Old surfboards are being given a new lease of life through one local woman's creative designs.

Emma Jo Williams, from West Cross, has been revitalising tired surfboards with her colourful, underwater designs.

Mumbles Community Association creates youth committee for Underhill Park

Mumbles Community Association and Go Underhill are looking to set up a youth branch of the organisation.

The opportunity is open to young people between the ages of 11-18 who live in Mumbles and the surrounding area.
