Property consultants working for Swansea Council have received enquiries from developers for how a prime location in Langland Bay could be used.

The council, which will continue to own the 0.77-acre location, says that it wants any development to provide leisure and public toilet facilities that would "improve public services and be sympathetic to the environment."
