The Bay Bistro and Coffee House is looking for a new chef to join their team.

The ideal candidate would have at least two years experience.

Requirements

• The ability to source and cost, local, fresh, seasonal produce.
• Create an exciting modern menu, cooking from scratch with knowledge of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan food.
• Able to take charge of the kitchen in a strong but caring manner.
• Able to stay calm and focused when working under pressure.

The position is full time and candidates will be expected to meet all levels of hygiene and to hold the current certificate.

The positions could include accommodation for the right person.
