Nub News puts the local community at the heart of everything we do.

I am excited and honoured to be reporting on Mumbles, where I grew up. The Mumbles community is truly like nowhere else, from its wealth of local businesses to our stunning beaches.

So here are four ways that Nub News can help the local community in Mumbles.

1. We promote local businesses

One of our main aims at Nub News is to promote local businesses.

We promote businesses on our local list and it is completely free to sign up to – which you can do HERE.

2. We promote your local events

If you want to keep up with everything going on in Mumbles, or post your own event on our site, we have our very own What's On section.

From virtual classes to socially distanced events we can help you promote it – free of charge.

Click HERE to add your event to our growing list.

3. We report on issues that matter to you

Mumbles is at the heart of everything we do.

We want to report on stories that are important to the local community. So, if there's an issue you think we should shed light on, don't be afraid to get in touch.

You can email Beth Thomas at [email protected] or get in touch via any of our social media accounts.

4. We let your voice be heard

You can write for Mumbles Nub News.

Just go to our home page, click the black 'Nub It' button, and submit your story.

Whether it is about your business, charity, sports team or just a cause you feel strongly about, feel free to Nub It and have the whole town get involved.

Plus if you are an aspiring journalist looking to get published then Nub your stories too!
