There will be no recycling and waste collections today due to icy conditions across Swansea, Swansea Recycles has announced.

Today's collection will take place tomorrow, Tuesday 26 January. All other collections this week will be one day late as recycling crews catch up.

"Apologies for any inconvenience caused and many thanks for your understanding," Swansea Recycles said in a Facebook post.

Collection changes as follows:

Usual day: Monday > Collection will be: Tuesday

Usual day: Wednesday > Collection will be: Thursday

Usual day: Friday > Collection will be: Saturday
